PhD, Post-Docoral Fellow #213-082

All people are inherently resilient and possess what they need to find healing pathways towards an engaged and meaningful life. I use an integrative approach to therapy to meet clients where they are and together find those pathways that empower growth. My stance is warm and compassionate with an emphasis on respecting the whole client, including their culture, identities, and history.

I specialize in couples therapy and my work is most heavily influenced by Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) – both highly effective, evidence-based therapies. These approaches allow me to help couples build emotionally secure bonds while being equipped with the tools and language needed to sustain growth. Showing your deepest vulnerabilities to a partner takes courage, but it can lead to a flourishing relationship unknown before.
