Owner, MS, LMFT# 37FI00181000

I am a couples therapist and my approach is direct and compassionate. The issues I commonly work with are:

  • Infidelity & betrayal

  • Parenting issues

  • Family of origin/ attachment trauma issues

  • Narcissism and codependency

  • Blended family issues

  • Navigating separation and divorce

  • Financial conflicts

The work we do together will help guide you and your partner through whatever is causing the challenging season of your relationship. I am straightforward about what you are both doing that isn’t working and what needs to change. We will do trauma work that addresses what keeps you from having a deeper and more meaningful connection. You will develop the skills that help you nurture your relationship and maintain safety and connection.

We are all worthy of having fulfilling, intimate relationships. And we are all capable of the healing and change that needs to happen to make that possible.
